STORE CREDIT ONLY POLICY
To maintain our warehouse-direct pricing, we do not offer cash refunds.

As we offer wholesale/clearance pricing directly from the warehouse, all purchases are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or "personal taste preference."

⚠️ Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a product that is damaged (broken seal affecting safety) or the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Note: Minor cosmetic dings or dents to outer packaging/boxes during transit that do not affect the internal product are not eligible for claims.

Approved claims will be issued as Store Credit via a unique digital code.

  • Store Credit has no expiry date.
  • It can be applied to any future order at checkout.
  • Strictly no cash or original payment reversals.
