1. Agreement to Terms

By using www.proteindirect.club, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

2. Pricing & Availability

As a bulk discount retailer, our stock levels fluctuate rapidly.

In the event a product is out of stock after an order is placed, we will notify you and offer Store Credit or a replacement.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will cancel the order and notify you.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We partner with Ninja Van Singapore for all islandwide deliveries. While we aim for next-day dispatch, delivery timelines are estimates provided by the courier. Protein Direct is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

4. Order Cancellations & Modifications

Due to our rapid warehouse processing, orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been dispatched. Please review your cart carefully before finalizing your purchase.

5. Limitation of Liability

Protein Direct Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the order in question.
