As we offer wholesale/clearance pricing directly from the warehouse, all purchases are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or "personal taste preference."
β οΈ Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a product that is damaged (broken seal affecting safety) or the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Note: Minor cosmetic dings or dents to outer packaging/boxes during transit that do not affect the internal product are not eligible for claims.
π³ Store Credit Refunds
Approved claims will be issued as Store Credit via a unique digital code.
- Store Credit has no expiry date.
- It can be applied to any future order at checkout.
- Strictly no cash or original payment reversals.
